Why Does Elearning have Such a Bad Name?

E-learning is unpopular with learners, and not always popular with teachers, there can be little doubt about that but why should that be the case?

Bett 2011

It was great to see so many Naace colleagues at BETT2011. The Naace Stand was exceedingly busy with schools and friends, both old and new, dropping by all day, every day.
We had lots of helpers from the Board of Management and volunteers and on Saturday morning, in particular, we had some fabulous input from Carol Rainbow and Nick Speller of Oxfordshire, with a little cameo appearance from Doug Dickinson too thrown in for good measure, at the BETT2011 Open House session. Colleagues,I am sure many of you have been alerted on Friday that the Education Show will run from March 17-19 next year. This represents a clash with our event which will run from 15-17 march, with the traditional exhibition on Weds 16th in the afternoon.As you can imagine this news was not the best for us at the end of last week!
