What This Privacy Policy Covers

  • This privacy policy relates to use of the Naace Communities web site at http://communities.naace.co.uk/
  • This privacy policy covers how Naace Communities (hereafter named 'we') will treat personal information that we collect. Personal information is your information and includes identifiers like your name, address, email address, phone number.
  • We will not send you any junk emails. Furthermore we will not send you any information unless you have specifically requested we do so. An exception to this rule will be the initial email validation when you create a new account.
  • Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Naace Communities service, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for children's use of the site.

Cookies

We use cookies in relation to certain areas of the Site. Cookies are files which store information on your hard drive or browser which means that we can recognise that you have visited the Site before. Cookies can make it easier for you to maintain your preferences on the Site. By seeing how you use the Site we can tailor the Site around users' preferences and measure the general usability of the website.   3. Persistent login cookie: When you log in, if you tick the 'remember me' box, we set a persistent cookie so that next time you visit the website, we can automatically log you in.

We also embed content from external websites in this site, for example videos from blip.tv. These external sites may set their own cookies.

You can, should you choose, disable the cookies from your browser and delete all cookies currently stored on your computer. On Microsoft Internet Explorer this can be done by selecting "Tools/Internet Options" and reviewing your privacy settings or selecting "delete cookies". Changes to this Privacy Policy

Naace Communities may update this policy at any time for any reason. If there are any significant changes to how we handle personal information we will send a notice to the primary email address specified in your Naace Communities account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
